Prior to joining Macro, she held key inhouse roles for global corporations, negotiating sales, vendor, software licensing, SaaS, reseller, and master services agreements. She also advised law firms on financing transactions, M&A due diligence, corporate governance, FinTech contracts, and regulatory matters for credit unions.
Linda is known for quickly identifying client objectives and delivering clear, business aligned legal guidance. She earned her J.D. (summa cum laude) from the University of Baltimore School of Law and her M.S. in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School. She is licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania.

He later worked as a legal engineer at an AI-driven contracting startup serving Fortune 500 in-house teams.
