Bonnie is a corporate attorney with executive-level legal experience in both private practice and in-house roles. She advises companies from early-stage funding through acquisition, with expertise in SaaS, IoT, software licensing, M&A, and legal operations.

Prior to joining Macro, she held key inhouse roles for global corporations, negotiating sales, vendor, software licensing, SaaS, reseller, and master services agreements. She also advised law firms on financing transactions, M&A due diligence, corporate governance, FinTech contracts, and regulatory matters for credit unions.
Linda is known for quickly identifying client objectives and delivering clear, business aligned legal guidance. She earned her J.D. (summa cum laude) from the University of Baltimore School of Law and her M.S. in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School. She is licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Kevin is a commercial attorney who advises technology startups and growth companies across the full lifecycle of their commercial agreements, with a particular focus on integrating AI and modern tooling into legal operations. He spent six years at Nike leading legal innovation in its Global Contracting Office, provided U.S. privacy counsel during its CCPA rollout and advised as SME on insurable risk across hundreds of global procurement negotiations. He later worked as a legal engineer at an AI-driven contracting startup serving Fortune 500 in-house teams.
Kevin holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and bachelor's degree in philosophy from Stanford University. He is admitted to practice law in both Oregon and California.
Vivian is a Seattle-based corporate and commercial attorney who advises clients across a wide range of industries on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, strategic partnerships and technology transactions. She has taken more than 20 M&A deals from term sheet to closing, supported more than 50 entity formations, and drafted the board consents, SAFEs and shareholder agreements that growing companies run on. Vivian began her career in Vancouver, British Columbia, at Borden Ladner Gervais, where she wrote and presented on the ownership of AI-generated art. She is licensed to practice law in California and British Columbia, and holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Western University.
Rebecca is a privacy and cybersecurity attorney who has built and implemented privacy programs from the inside at U.S. and international technology companies, handling data subject requests, privacy notices, transfer impact assessments and security incident response. She advises on the CCPA/CPRA, GDPR and other U.S. and international privacy laws, and negotiates the data processing addenda that come with every SaaS deal.
Rebecca holds four IAPP credentials: CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM and FIP. She earned her J.D. and an IP law certificate at Lewis & Clark Law School and is admitted in Oregon.
